Competition Winners!

Four students in Donna Driggers' gifted class at Sequoia Elementary ranked in the top 10% in the Toshiba Exploravision Competition. They received beautiful awards and clocks that can tell you the time anywhere in the world. Exploravision requires students to simulate a Research and Development (R&D) team. Each student selects a technology that is present or relevant in their lives. The students along with their coach had to come up with a scientifically-based project to carry out and write about and even create their own webpage graphics to show the development of their project. They had to research, compile data, write and re-write. We congratulate Donna Driggers' students for their hard work and accomplishment in the field of science and technology.
